Cristina Bruce

Cristina Bruce is Senior Vice President, Sustainability and Social Impact at Anglo American, working closely with the Groups’ businesses to create a positive sustainable impact in our regions of operation.  A government relations and public policy professional, she has experience in sustainability, permitting, political risk management, strategic stakeholder engagement, communications, and international advocacy. She has direct experience of working with the extractive, NGO, multilateral and governmental sectors across the Middle East, Europe, Southern Africa and Latin America and is a former British diplomat, covering South America and Middle East.  She has been Chair of the Board and Trustee of Canning House, the UK-Latin America think tank.
