Realising the vision of a responsible mining industry

The Global Investor Commission on Mining 2030 led three workshops at the Investing in African Mining Indaba conference and convened a workshop at the Alternative Mining Indaba in February 2025. These events provided an opportunity to engage and consult on three areas of focus: benefit-sharing and the inclusion of local voices, conflict, and legacy. This is a summary report that reflects on what the Commission heard through these events.
